Omar was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem with our fridge over the phone a searched for the part online. He provided same day service after the manufacturer cancelled their repair visit three times in a week. We will definitely call again!!

This company was great. One issue only was a communications delay. We needed a part. Then company needs to be more aggressive about circling back to the customer to tell them what's going on. They sent us a good guy to fix it.

Samsung Dryer Repair Got a discount but ended up paying something like $50 for a part I found on amazon for $9 Base service was $149 which was reasonable. Jason (the tech) was nice and knowledgeable. Would use again

They were upfront about the price and service that was needed for my dryer fixed what i called about and found another issue with it and offered to get the other part and return to replace it with no additional service charge

Workman went out of his way to do the work and more. On time, called ahead. Very professional. Resonable cost for the work he did.

Omar is very agreeable and smart- able to send the replacement piece with the repairman. Repairman was competent and fixed the washer in a timely fashion.

I was having issues with a wall oven, garbage disposal and fridge. Called 3 appliance repair places before placing an ad here and all three said “we dont work on those brands” (LG, Kenmore and Fridgidaire). Not sure how thats possible… So I posted the job here. Not 1 minute later, Omar called asking for more information (models, timing, etc.). He was willing to work around my schedule, he made sure I knew exactly what would need to be done and he had someone out (on time) the morning I had requested. I am very pleased with the pricing, quality and timing of this company. Wish I could find something to criticize them about (hate giving GLOWING reviews) but everything went exactly the way it should.

Fair and honest. Diagnosed our fridge problem and discovered the compressor was broken. Suggested we call the manufacturer since it was under warranty, which saved us a ton. Only charged us a minimal service call fee. Will use them again for future needs.

My 9-yr-old dryer simply died. Over the next two days I was trying to decide whether it could be repaired or had to be replaced when Home Advisor connected me to Above the Rest. I called on Friday, Omar sent Bobby out to my house on Saturday with the needed new parts, and everything was fixed in just a couple of hours. I did not imagine it would be that quick and easy on my part! Cost about half what it would have to replace, without all of that hassle. I'm delighted!

After trying to work with two other companies, one was Sears and the other was We Repair Appliances with no solution to my Oven issue. Umar was able to give great customer service and solve the problem. I would Use Above the Rest Appliance repair again and recommend them. The are honest , come on time and pricing is reasonable.
